Refund and Returns Policy

Although we are unable to accept returned plants and trees, our Alive & Thrive Guarantee covers any issues with your plants within the first 30 days. This helps us keep all of our plants healthy, and allows us to protect the plants and trees at our nursery from any pests or disease a plant may have come into contact with after it leaves our property.

Our Alive & Thrive Guarantee covers issues with your plants within the first 30 days. Get in touch with us via phone, chat or email, and our team will review your concerns and, if necessary, provide you with a one-time replacement at no cost.

If you have an issue with your plant or tree, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can provide expert assistance and work to provide a replacement if needed. Rather than send your plant back, we encourage you to make the world a little greener – find a spot to plant it, compost it, or share it with a friend!

Garden supplies and hard goods are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, including fertilizers, planting mixes, planting kits, containers, tools, hoses and watering bags. Please ensure items are in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. There is no restocking fee for garden supplies returns.

By purchasing nursery stock, customers accept Miami Plant Nursery’s terms and conditions of sale, constituting the entire agreement. Our liability will not be greater than the cost paid for the customer’s order in any circumstance.
